Elodie is a local. Her parents were restaurateurs, her family winegrowers, she has always been immersed in the world of service, gastronomy and wine around Ampuis.
She has worked in a number of local institutions, including the Cercle des Vignerons, La Bouteillerie and the Bistrot de Serine…
She met Arnaud at Chez Paulo in Solaize. He’s from Lyon, a professional in the restaurant business.
In 2020, they took over the premises at 98 bvd des Allées in Ampuis and set up Les Epicurieux: restaurant, wine bar, cellar and caterer…hyperactive gourmets!
