Aurélie is originally from Belgium. She met Mickael, from Isère, in the Alps.
She manages the dining room, he runs the kitchens.
After a decade of resort seasons, they fell in love with Les Terrasses du Rozay in Condrieu, and decided to settle down to open their first business in 2022.
